Shipping policy

We are currently shipping Pan-India serving more than 14000 pin codes across India (excl. Andaman & Nicobar & Lakswadeep).

We take 24-48 hours to process your order and prepare it for logistics partner to pick-up. The logistics partner takes 3-5 business days to deliver the product post pick-up if you are in Assam, and for ROI the usual delivery time is 5-10 business days (Fast delivery available at extra charge, check available shipping methods on the check out page)

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location and order weight.

Once we ship your product a tracking ID will be provided to you on Phone or e-mail. (Please provide your Whatsapp number during checkout to receive order details and tracking information)

Partial Cash on Delivery (PCOD) Guidelines

Order Eligibility: Partial COD is available Pan-India for orders ranging from ₹500 to ₹10,000.
Delivery Partner: We partner with Delhivery for all PCOD orders. Service availability is dependent on your specific pin code.
Location Serviceability: If your location is not serviceable by our primary partner, we will attempt to find an alternate courier. If no alternate option is available, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund of your advance payment.
How It Works: To confirm a PCOD order, an advance payment of 10% of your total order value or ₹100 (whichever is higher) is required at checkout.
Handling Fees: A standard COD handling fee will be applied to your order total at checkout when the PCOD option is selected.
The Delivery Process: After paying the partial advance at checkout, the remaining balance will be collected by the delivery executive at your doorstep.
Payment at Delivery: The balance must be paid in full to the delivery executive before the package can be opened. Our delivery partners accept both Cash and UPI payments.
